A. When the target vehicle runs over the RoadSpike and is penetrated with the hollow spikes, the visual reaction is unnoticeable. The RoadSpike was engineered to maintain a low profile to the road thereby eliminating any skipping or jumping of the unit on the road. The main reaction the officer will notice after the target vehicle has been "spiked" is the instantaneous noise of the air escaping the tires.
